Are video calls available with licensed vet


Yes. You can book online video consultations with licensed veterinarians through FindPets. They provide expert advice, help you understand symptoms, and guide you on what steps to take next for your pet’s care.

Can I use FindPets for emergencies?

No. FindPets does not handle life-threatening emergencies. If your pet is in serious danger (heavy bleeding, poisoning, difficulty breathing, severe injury, or unconsciousness), please visit your nearest veterinary clinic or animal hospital immediately.

Which pets do you support?

We currently support dogs and cats, and will soon be adding support for birds and small pets.

Do I need to subscribe to use FindPets?

No subscription is required. You can pay per session and get help whenever you need it. We also offer budget-friendly packages for regular users.
